Company owns the non-marina-related business rights such as housing, hotel, car parking etc Tony Jarman: Born and raised in Paul Village. 'Retired Businessman and entrepreneur'. Director and principle shareholder of Port
Penlee Ltd. Also owns a section of
foreshore below Penlee Quarry.
Iain Ross Bryce: Business Advisor, former partner of Ernst & Young, (Intl. Accountants and Auditors), Director and Secretary of Port Penlee Ltd. Senior Freemason MDL
(Marina Developments Ltd). The largest marina operator in Europe; owns
the freehold of Penlee Quarry (but not the mineral rights) and the
covenanted rights to build a marina
and related businesses. (The Hon.) Edward Iliffe: Director of MDL, non-executive director of Channel Television, son of Lord Iliffe. Recently purchased Green Island in Poole Harbour for £2.5m. Lord Iliffe: Chariman of MDL and Chairman of Yattendon Investment Trust. Sold a family newspaper business in 1987. Now worth £170m, owns Basildon Park, an 8000 acre estate in Berkshire, his uncle, the previous Lord Iliffe, was a fellow of the Eugenics Society. Tony Jarman to cook up the various schemes that use unwanted stone.
Indentified and instigated much of the grant funding for same. Ingrid Heseltine

a project management company primarily involved in grants procurement
and assisting in the 're-branding' of Newlyn towards the arts and
creative industries. Classic Quotes and Cretinous Comments: Tony Jarman: “I always knew the idea was a winner...” Edward Iliffe: “these
things can happen” (in response to a
comment that it must be a miracle that all the schemes that require
Penlee's stone suddenly came
into being at exactly the right time and needing exactly the right
quantities, to enable a marina to be created - a blessed miracle indeed)

Re. Newlyn Regeneration: "However, there was
scepticism that sufficient value could be added to the fishing industry to
improve wage levels and it was agreed that addressing poor earnings across all
jobs in the far west of Tony Woodhams: “This
whole scheme is a fine example of the private and public sector working
together for the benefit of the community”
'PNP Team' Consultation document: “Although the
projects are separate, a wider view of their interrelationships will be key to
their success” Malcolm Pilcher: "they're all interlinked" DeFacto Project Management: ‘Developing a

disasterous and Penwith would be in danger of becoming another
