Port Penlee Ltd: Registered Office 76 Cardigan Road, Bridlington, E.Yorks (also an amusement arcade). Appointed auditors Ernst & Young. Company owns the non-marina-related business rights such as housing, hotel, car parking etc

Tony Jarman: Born and raised in Paul Village. 'Retired Businessman and entrepreneur'. Director and principle shareholder of Port Penlee Ltd. Also owns a section of foreshore below Penlee Quarry.

Iain Ross Bryce: Business Advisor, former partner of Ernst & Young, (Intl. Accountants and Auditors), Director and Secretary of Port Penlee Ltd. Senior Freemason

MDL (Marina Developments Ltd). The largest marina operator in Europe; owns the freehold of Penlee Quarry (but not the mineral rights) and the covenanted rights to build a marina and related businesses.

(The Hon.) Edward Iliffe: Director of MDL, non-executive director of Channel Television, son of Lord Iliffe. Recently purchased Green Island in Poole Harbour for £2.5m.

Lord Iliffe: Chariman of MDL and Chairman of Yattendon Investment Trust. Sold a family newspaper business in 1987. Now worth £170m, owns Basildon Park, an 8000 acre estate in Berkshire, his uncle, the previous Lord Iliffe, was a fellow of the Eugenics Society.
